Family Reunion Fun

We went to the Tucker Family Reunion last Saturday. Megan had a fantastic time. The park had a great playground, and Megan was thrilled that Esther was there to play with her.
Not sure who's having more fun here, Megan or Esther.
Esther helping Megan dig in the dirt.
It began to pour rain very suddenly and all the kids decided to run around in it. I was very surprised when Megan joined in. She got soaking wet and had a lot of fun.
Running in the rain is fun!

Miss Dorothy Arrives!

Check out this amazing photo that was taken by the official Hale photographer during dress rehearsal last Saturday! I think this is the best onstage photo I have ever seen of myself! Yay me!
And here is the photo that has been appearing in all the publicity for the show. What a dork I am.

So beat the drums, comes here comes the Thoroughly Modern Lundberg Kids now! Here we all are at Michelle's awesome show! She was great! I think we all agree that Miss Dorothy was the absolute best part of this show. I think they should change the name of the show to Thoroughly Modern Dorothy! Oh, I mean Miss Dorothy.

6 months old already!

Happy Girl!
I painted Gabby's toenails for the first time the other day. They were so cute I just had to take a picture of them.

"I'm sitting up all on my own".
BEFORE!
(A little blurry, but you get the effect.)
AFTER!
Gabby sitting up with a little support. She is doing great!
I love this picture of Gabby. Her little face is getting so chubby. She had her six month check-up a few days ago and weighed in at a whopping 11 pounds 14 ounces. The girl is tiny, but cute as ever.

Sledding in the freezing cold temperatures of IF!

It finally snowed enough here for Jaxton to go sledding. He had a great time with his little friend Sydney. I think it is too cold here most of the time for it to snow. Anyway, there is a little hill in the center of our complex, so we went for a couple of rides. But got too cold super fast and Jax and Sydney wanted hot chocolate.

Valentine's Day Party!

Jax and his friends decorating sugar cookies and eating buckets of frosting while they do it!
Sydney crashed on the couch during the party. It was crazy considering how loud all the kids were being. I guess I throw a fabulous party. It just wore her out.
Jax and his little friends eating heart shaped peanut butter sandwiches and bananas.

Jaxton's hershey kiss mouse at his valentines day party. He had a blast and so did all the kids!

Jax and "School"

Jaxton and I have started having school time every morning at 11. We have a center here in town that you can check out curriculm for your childs age. So we checked out a bunch of stuff and are just reviewing right now. Today we talked all about colors and Jax had a blast. I was so impressed with him. He drew this rainbow all by himself. There is also a picture of him and a fire truck. We went on a hunt through our house in search of red things and took pictures of them. He had a lot of fun and it has made the morning zoom by.

Gabby and the Exersaucer

We tried Gabby out in the exersaucer for the first time the other day. At this age Jaxton loved it. Gabby had fun in it for about 5 minutes and then gave up. She is still a little bit small for it. Her feet barely touch the bottom of it. But we thought she looked so cute, so of course we took tons of pictures.

Jax and Gabby

Jax and Gabby were having so much fun together. She loves him to death. It is so funny to watch her watch him constantly. And of course he shows off to try and get her to laugh. He is such a good big brother to her and is constantly asking if she is "OK".

Rice Cereal

This was Gabby's first impression of the rice cereal...and that is pretty much how she still feels about it. The next few pictures she looks as if she is enjoying it, but truthfully she was just laughing at Jaxton. He thought it was so funny how she kept spitting it out and so she was laughing too.

Is that a Jaxton face or what?
She was having more smiling for the camera than she ever has. Too bad she has rice cereal coming out of her mouth.
