What we found when we got home from the Sunburst Reunion at midnight

We got home, I paid the babysitter, and Steve took her home. I walked upstairs to change my clothes, and could see that Megan's bedroom door was open. As I walked down the hallway, I could hear her breathing, but realized that I couldn't see her in her bed. I got all the way to the door of her room before I saw her--sleeping very soundly on the floor between her bed and her dresser, with her head resting on the open pages of "What Do People Do All Day". That kid sure loves to read. :) Posted by Picasa

Sunburst Reunion

On January 5th, all the Sunburst Singers and Dancers way back to the 70's gathered for a fun-filled reunion at the Davis Conference Center in Layton. (How convenient for me.) We had a nice dinner, a few speeches and remember-whens, a video montage of Glenn Miller Shows throughout the years, a special performance by Eclipse, and even door prizes. I won one for being the very first person to RSVP. Yes, I am a huge loser with no life. :) Here are a few photos from the evening.Singing with the Crestmark Orchestra. This event was their last gig--yes, they are breaking up.
The girls (minus one) of the 98-99 Sunburst Singers. Becca Mullen Hansen, Teddy Linford Cunningham, Jessica Degn Rampton, Jenny Richards Butterbaugh, and Michelle Lundberg Blake.

Christmas Morning

Unfortunately, we didn't take as many pictures on Christmas morning as we should have. Here are a few highlights. A book!
Showing it off to full effect.

Time Warp

Okay, I know these aren't the greatest photos, but I had to post them because I think it's freaky how much Megan looks like me as a kid!!! What a Michelle face that is.

Cutest baby?

So mom thinks I should send in a picture of Gabby to Regis and Kelly's cute baby contest. What do you think? This picture is pretty cute, but there are lots of cute babies out there. Anyway, give me your input.

High Chair Heaven

Doesn't she look so tiny sitting in that big highchair?

So Gabby absolutely loves her high chair. She loves to sit in it while we eat dinner and just stare at all of us. Here are a few pictures of her enjoying herself. I especially love the one of her with Jaxton peeking his head from behind the chair.

"Building Bliss"

Jaxton was very proud of the tower that he and Kessee built the oter day. His Uncle Wayne and Aunt Cassie gave him more of these blocks for Christmas, so he now has enough to actually build something taller than a few inches. (This was taken right before he got sick, so you can see how pale he is.)
