A budding architect

Tonight we made gingerbread houses for Family Home Evening. Megan had a great time, as evidenced by the photos. Unfortunately, her finished product wasn't exactly what she had hoped for.

Mmmm...candy!

Megan enjoyed eating and playing with the candy more than she enjoyed making the house.

Santa Claus is coming to town!

I took Jax and Gabby to see Santa today. Jax was so cute and told Santa that he wanted a "good knight castle". Santa asked if he had been good and of course Jax said yes. But I know the truth.:) Anyway the reason Santa has no gloves on is because I am paranoid about Gabby andgerms and I asked him to take them off and sanitize his hands. So anyway, enjoy!

I couldn't resist putting this picture on the blog. Gabby was being so cute on the changing table the other day. she is starting to chuckle now. It is so cute. You are going to be so surprised at Christmas when you see how big she has gotten.

Christmas pictures of Jax and Gabby

Here are a few pictures I took of the kids myself. I am still working on some touchups in photoshop. Like, Jaxton'sbright face. I am trying to lighten it a bit. And filling in the spots that aren't black. But I wanted to share.

Remember Megan in this cute outfit. This picture to me actually kind of looks a little like Meagn. THe cheeks and all anyway. Hope you enjoy.

Jaxton's Construction Birthday Party!

Checking out the cool Diego field journal that Grandma and Grandpa gave him. He had such a good time on his birthday. In fact he is still talking about it and most likely will be until he turns 4!

Blowing out the candles and making a wish. I can't believe Jax is 3! Megan and Jaxton had a blast playing with the toolbox he got for his birthday. Megan especially loved it.

What a cake! We had a tools/construction birthday party for Jaxton. He loved it. Here is a picture of the cake I made. Jax loved it.
